Fence, Gate and Railings in West Chester, PA

Jeff Bell was the craftsman of choice to build on a long and elaborate array with a fence, gate and railings to adorn a home in West Chester, Pennsylvania. This what part of a massive restoration by the home owner.  It was a project to turn a historic home into a mansion. In order to meet this special task, Jeff designed and hand crafted the new fence and carefully sculpted gate. He also custom built and install railings on the house itself.
